Anxiety affects each of us in many different ways. It can affect us differently during different planetary aspects. Even if we aren't personally experiencing the anxiety, those we come into contact with may be feeling their highs and lows; which in-turn affects our energy field. Whew, that's quite a bit to take in. Instructor Liam J. Adair knows this all too well as he suffered from severe anxiety after his injury and subsequent job loss. He learned how to use crystals and gemstones to restore his balance and instead of bombarding his loved ones with irritating vibes, he began to emit healing vibrations.

This course includes an explanation of your morphogenetic field, aura and chakra centers and how they use information from your "mind" to design your physical body. You will also learn crystal healing layouts to address anxiety with body charts that show placements according to medical anatomy. You will walk away with a better understanding of how our energy field manifests dis-ease according to our emotional and mental state and healing layouts to rectify anxiety using the featured gemstones.

• the aura and chakra centers and how they relate
• anxiety levels and current forms of treatment
• basic anatomy of the physical body
• how to initiate a crystal healing layout
• basic components of a layout to balance each chakra center and the corresponding aura energy level
• how to identify the chakra center to focus on based on the manifested dis-ease in the physical body
