***The extra strength can be applied, as is, directly on the skin, however I recommend you only use 2 to 3 drops no more than 3 times a day. You can dilute it to increase the amount of times you apply it. I do not recommend using the extra strength blend for a massage without diluting it first. I recommend using 3 drops in 1TBS of a carrier oil of your choice***.

CARRIER & ESSENTIAL OILS:
 
Sunflower Oil (Carrier Oil): Used as the agent to distribute and dilute the essential oil therapy. With virtually no odor, it is a fast absorbing, light oil that is high in Vitamin E. It soothes itchy skin, reduces inflammation and provides a protective skin barrier; perfect for distributing the healing properties of the essential oils.
 
Geranium (Pelargonium x asperum): On the skin, it can significantly reduce pain caused by shingles, a condition caused by the herpes virus. Improves the mental state of those suffering from depression, anxiety and anger.
 
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia): effective analgesic and anti-inflammatory. It provides pain relief comparable to that of the prescription medication tramadol. It is also an antispasmodic and relaxes the muscles. Also relieves stress & migraine pain & assists with neuralgia & sciatica.
 
Marjoram (Origanum majorana): has analgesic, antispasmodic, and antibacterial properties that work to reduce inflammation and pain in overexerted muscles; also a sedative and nervine. Works well on tendonitis, osteoarthritis and the rheumatoid. It reduces joint inflammation, joint stiffness and muscle spasms.
 
Peppermint (Mentha x piperita): Has antispasmodic properties that causes it to work great for inflammation in the tendons and forms of arthritis. Calms aches and relaxes muscles.
 
German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla): A pain reliever, it breaks down uric acid deposits surrounding the joints. A sedative that calms the nervous system, which helps reduce stress and promotes sleep. Great for treating swelling and Neuropathy.
 
Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale): Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, & antispasmodic.
 
Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum): Contains anti-inflammatory compounds known as the sesquiterpene hydrocarbons. It reduces the tension that occurs in the tissues around the place of injury. It has small portions of di-ketones which are pain-reducing and analgesic.
 
Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens): Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, & antispasmodic.
 
Frankincense (Boswellia serrata): Anti-inflammatory & mildly sedative. It helps to strengthen the immune system.
